Our refurbished PCs and laptops come with a 3-month warranty, unless otherwise indicated. We offer a 3-month warranty on these products, covering any manufacturing or material defects. This warranty expressly excludes the battery.
8.4 Conditions
Period: The warranty is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
Coverage: This warranty covers any manufacturing or material defects in the product.
Exclusion: The battery is not covered by this warranty. For any questions or issues regarding the battery, please refer to the specific terms of the battery warranty.
8.5 Claim Procedure
For any warranty claims, please contact our customer service with proof of purchase and a description of the defect. We will conduct an evaluation and, if the claim is justified, we will repair or replace the product at no additional cost.
